It is a fact of life that many medical and spa business will be audited by a governmental entity. This has been a part of our service menu for over ten years.  It is also a fact that governmental regulation and compliance issues are also on the rise. Many patients and clients have had the unfortunate experience of a bad result in cosmetic or wellness centers. The number of problematic incidents is markedly on the rise.  As a result, the government needs to regulate and enforce existing regulations in the areas of our practices and facilities.

Regrettably, deaths have even occurred from certain services and this will always cause regulation and compliance.

The number of regulators being trained to enforce state and federal regulations has tripled recently.  Mr. Deighan personally witnessed a tripling of the number of regulators at a health law conference in the Fall of 2006.  Highly publicized deaths and poor results from products such as Botox® Cosmetic have driven this exposure.  Greed and unscrupulous business practices have also driven the need for regulation and enforcement.

Mr. Deighan is available to either directly represent you in such matters or aid in the defense strategy (state licensure requirements may preclude direct representation). His knowledge of the industry is superior to most regulators so creative strategies have been implemented to ward off governmental actions or limit the exposure.

We have found that many regulators have dropped matters when they discover that you are employing our services. The reason for this is that they know they will not be able to combat our strategies and they also appreciate that you are electing to do the right thing when confronted with a problem.

This area is likely to grow for us and this is unfortunate, but we are here to help when needed.  The number of complaints to various Boards are the result of advertising practices and peer to peer complaints. By law, every complaint filed must be instigated by the appropriate board. So not only are your patients and clients possible causes of a governmental action, but your advertising and peers as well.

The fees are based on the analysis of the time required to plan your strategy.
