Practice valuation is especially imporatant today. Practices are being bought and sold now more than ever. In the late 1990s and early 2000s there was a waive of acquisitions. As with many trends, this quieted in the early 2000s.

However, in the past few years, Private Equity firms, MSOs, DSOs, and entrepreneurs began a new wave of consolidation. Good or bad, this new wave of consolidation means that practices are being bought and sold. This means that valuations are essential.

It does not matter whether you are a traditional medical practice, imaging facility or aesthetic medical facility, or functional medicine practice or concierge medical provider. You may wish to expand or you may receive an offer to sell.

How will you know if an offer is fair? How will you know how much to offer?
