Contact Us

The core of our business is hourly consulting. This enables our clients to structure an arrangement around their needs and desires.  A series of  conversations and review of documents helps to determine the extent of the issues to be addressed and accordingly the fee for the services.  There is no fee for the initial conversation/consultation even though there is a lot of value provided in that initial contact.
After this initial phase, a retainer agreement is drafted that reflects the common goals and forms the basis of our working relationship.  This service is best utilized when the client has an existing business and needs to define and resolve a particular problem.  Frequently, during the course of our engagement, there are new issues that need to be addressed and we can resolve those as well.
In regard to the retainer agreement, we try an provide options for you that reflect the scope of the project that best suits your goals.  There are typically two or three options from which you can decide a course of action that reflects and implements your goals.

We frequently run specials, so check this website for an update on the current specials !
